Week 1 recaps

 

Week 1 of The Coalition is now in the books. We got to see some familiar faces as well as new players. The real question is who will step up and take the throne from Al? Or will it be another season where Al and the Nuggets dominate the league? Stay tuned and find out!

 

9:00 PM Games

 

Bulls vs Pistons: The Pistons came out to play as they were led by Drewski, who dropped 42 points to start out the season. He also had help from Snxper, as he had 7 steals. The Bulls fought hard but it wasn’t enough. Frosty had 25 points, and Walls had a double-double with 13 points and 11 assists.

 

Nuggets vs Knicks: The Nuggets came out as the winners of this game as they were led by EvilTwin who dropped 33 points on 4/5 shooting from 3. Al also had a monster game dominating the glass as he grabbed 18 rebounds this game. For the Knicks they were led by Antagonist who had 18 points and 2 steals, followed by Caddy who had a 10 point and 10 rebound double double.

 

Spurs vs Lakers: The Spurs came out as the winners for this game as they were led by KingRettro as he dropped 22 points with 17 assists! Rican also dropped 14 points with 1 block. For the Lakers, they had GoldenRage drop a 22 point double-double with 13 rebounds. Stunnadtm was the second leading scorer as he dropped 15 points with 4 assists.

 

Cavs vs 76ers: The Cavs took the W this game as they were led by Marauder. He had a 23 point double-double with 16 assists. Purnr also dropped a 22 point double-double with 13 rebounds. For the 76ers, Coop was their leading scorer as he dropped 18 points. Their second leading scorer was INeedThat, as he had a 15 point game. 

 

Wizards vs Magic: The Wizards came out and dominated the Magic as they were led by Breesh who had 33 points. The second leading scorer was Limitlessrxngee, as he dropped 30 points as well. The Magic were led by Louuslime as he dropped 33 points, but sadly for him, his teammates couldn’t score more than 9 points each.

 

Nets vs Grizzlies: The Nets take the W as they were led by DonJokic who dropped 24 points and 12 rebounds. Their second leading scorer was TheDonFather, as he put up 23 points and 9 assists. The Grizzlies fell short despite Hellec dropping 20 points. Their second leading scorer was StopJoey as he dropped 18 points and 7 assists. 

 

10:00 PM Games

 

Raptors vs Pistons: The Raptors came out on top as they were led by TheChosenOnee. He dropped 32 points, followed by Habeshasoulja who dropped 27 points and 6 assists. Also shout out to BlickemmK, as he dropped a triple-double with 17 points, 11 assists, and 10 rebounds. The Pistons were once again led by Drewski and Kawhi as they both put up 22 points a piece but this time it wasn’t enough to secure the win, 

 

76ers vs Knicks: The 76ers did their job in game 2 as they were led by INeedThat. He dropped 46 points! Their second leading scorer was Jski as he dropped 15 points and 10 assists. The Knicks were led by IconNava as he dropped 24 points. Their second leading scorer was Caddy as he dropped 16 points with 9 boards.

 

Wizards vs Lakers: The Wizards secured the 2-0 start this week as they closed out their night by beating the Lakers. They were led by Breesh as he dropped 36 points with 10 assists. The second leading scorer was Limitlessrxngee with 17 points. The Lakers were led by Proplaytj as he dropped 30 points and 14 assists. 

 

Grizzlies vs Cavs: The Grizzlies came out on top this game as they finished this week 1-1. They were led by StopJoey as he dropped 36 points with 6 assists. Their second leading scorer was Hellec as he dropped 17 points. The Cavs were led by StopJitt as he dropped 34 points. Despite his effort, it still wasn’t enough to keep the bear down.

 

Nets vs Magic: Last but not least, the Nets came out on top as they finished 2-0 for the week. They were led by TheDonFather who had 15 points and 3 assists (Ily Donald <3 Korean). The Magic were led by  Louuslime as he dropped 14 points. Despite his efforts, the Magic lagged out and had to forfeit the game.

We will be hosting prospect showcase games. Just because you are not on a team right now, it doesn’t mean to give up. Team captains will be able to sign players during the season. Make sure to go and show out during these showcase games. You could be the missing piece to a championship team!
