Week 3 Games Recap
Week 3 of The Coalition is now in the books. I hope that everyone had a great holiday season but now it is time to put the ball in the hoop! We got to see plenty of action this week as the players are now building team chemistry.
Monday 9:00 PM Games
Grizzlies vs Raptors: The Raptors came out and took the Grizzlies down as they were led by Habesh. He dropped 22 points and 8 assists. The second leading scorer was TheChosenOnee_ as he dropped 19 points and 3 steals. The Grizzlies were led by Hellec as he dropped 22 but couldn’t secure the win for his team.
Cavs vs Spurs: The Cavs came out as the winners of this game as they were led by Yt-Marauder. He dropped 32 points with 12 assists and 4 steals! Donnie made his debut game as he had 13 points and 3 steals to help the Cavs secure the win. For the Spurs they were led by Kingretros5ttv who had a 22 point triple double with 13 assists and 10 turnovers.
Nuggets vs Lakers: This game was won by the Nuggets as they took the 105-103 win. The Nuggets were led by the one and only super part timer Quntqae, as he came in and dropped 43 points, 16 assists, and 2 steals. Their second leading scorer was Al, as he dropped 20 points and 13 rebounds. Word on the street is that the Lakers tried to cheese the AI but it wasn’t enough
Pistons vs Knicks: The Pistons bring home the dub as they showed that everyone is capable of scoring 10+ points on the team. They were led by DrewSki, as he dropped 17 points and 5 assists. Followed by Xofaruq as he dropped 14 points and 10 rebounds. The Knicks were led by llHeatCheckll and Caddy as they both had 14 points each but it wasn’t enough to keep Motor City down.
Monday 10:00 PM Games
Wizards vs Cavs: The Wizards come out on top as they give the Cavs their second L of the season. They were led by BBreesh as he dropped 42 points to secure the win. Their second leading scorer was AutoKilla with 12 points and 8 rebounds. The Cavs were led by yt-Marauder, as he dropped 33 points and 10 assists. However, it wasn’t enough to keep the #1 team in the ECA conference down.
76ers vs Lakers: The 76ers came out as the winner as they were led by INeedThat. He dropped 24 points and 2 steals. Their second leading scorer was BrockNotPurdy as he dropped 18 points and 3 steals to secure the 2-0 start to week 3. The Lakers were led by Goldenrage_229 as he dropped 22 points and 10 rebounds.
Spurs vs Knicks: The Spurs took the blow out win as they outscored the Knicks 71-49. They were led by ECL All Star MVP Stojakablick, as he dropped 22 points and 15 assists, followed by their second leading scorer Sells_tv, as he dropped 20 points and 4 steals. The Knicks were led by Caddy as he drops 22 points, but it wasn’t enough to keep the Spurs down
Tuesday 9:00 PM Games
Raptors 77 vs Magic 59: In a dominant second-half performance, the Toronto Raptors cruised to a 77-59 victory over the Orlando Magic. After a tight first quarter, Toronto took control by outscoring Orlando in every subsequent period, punctuated by a commanding 26-15 final quarter. The Raptors' offense was led by a powerful duo, with xDevMovin recording a game-high 31 points and PeakGP adding 30 points on efficient 6-of-7 shooting from beyond the arc. While Orlando’s LouuSlime delivered a strong 29-point performance, the Magic were undone by 10 turnovers and a significant disadvantage in assists (19 to 9), which allowed Toronto to maintain a fluid and efficient scoring pace throughout the game.
Cavs 76 vs Nets 68: In a high-scoring display, the Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Brooklyn Nets 76–68, powered by an elite performance from YT-Marauder, who recorded a double-double with 35 points and 10 assists. Despite strong scoring from Brooklyn's llAoMinell (25 points) and ykDeex (21 points), Cleveland’s efficiency—shooting 12/15 from three-point range—and defensive pressure, highlighted by 10 steals, secured the win. The Cavaliers maintained control after a dominant 20–10 third quarter.
Lakers 72 vs Grizzlies 66: The Lakers secured a tight victory fueled by WoeOneal’s 23 points and a dominant double-double from Immortal_Rage229 (19 points, 15 rebounds). Vancouver kept it close through StopJoey’s 22 points and 6 three-pointers, but the Lakers' rebounding advantage (19 to 16) and superior interior scoring proved decisive.
Knicks 67 vs Wizards 65: The Knicks edged the Wizards 67-65, led by IconNava’s 29 points and Splash_Caddy_TTV’s dominant 17 rebounds. Despite a game-high 36 points from Washington’s Breeshaveli, New York’s 62% shooting from deep secured the narrow comeback win.
Sixers 69 vs Sonics 63: The 76ers defeated the Supersonics 69–63, driven by a balanced offense led by AllCityMikey’s 23 points and 7 assists. While Seattle’s xXKairosGodXx scored a game-high 26 points, Philadelphia’s superior efficiency inside the arc and disciplined play—committing only 5 turnovers—proved decisive. The 76ers maintained control by outscoring Seattle in three of the four quarters to secure the six-point win.
Nuggets 90 vs Pistons 76: The Nuggets outpaced the Pistons in a high-scoring affair, led by llEvilTwinll’s 30 points and llALCaponeell’s triple-double (11 points, 12 rebounds, 11 assists). Despite a 35-point effort from Detroit's Krysum, Denver’s balanced scoring and superior ball security (only 4 turnovers) secured the 14-point win.
Tuesday 10:00 PM Games
Cavs 82 vs Raptors 71: In a decisive offensive showing, the Cleveland Cavaliers outmatched the Toronto Raptors 82–71, fueled by a relentless 19-of-30 performance from beyond the arc (63%). While Toronto’s xDevMovin delivered a spectacular game-high 42 points on near-perfect 17/18 shooting, Cleveland’s depth and ball movement proved superior, recording 21 assists compared to Toronto's 13. The Cavaliers' attack was led by YT-Marauder (25 points, 14 assists) and Donsyndrxme (22 points), whose combined perimeter scoring overwhelmed the Raptors' defense.
Magic 72 vs Lakers 71: In the most competitive game of the evening, the Magic squeaked by with a one-point victory led by LouuSlime’s 35 points and 9 assists. Despite a 23-point performance from the Lakers' StunnaDTM and being down 13 points at halftime, the Magic found a way to get the W.
Knicks 68 vs Nets 58: IconNava led the Knicks to a double-digit win with 25 points on efficient 11-of-15 shooting. While Brooklyn’s ykDeex provided 18 points and 8 assists, the Nets were hindered by 14 turnovers, allowing New York to pull away in a dominant 23-point final quarter.
Grizzlies 84 vs Sonics 68: IISphinx delivered an explosive 41-point performance to lead Vancouver to a comfortable win. Free agent signing Quinqae added 25 points and seven assists. The Grizzlies made 16 threes while the Sonics only attempted 16 threes. They also capitalized on 10 turnovers by the Supersonics, maintaining a double-digit lead through most of the game.
Pistons 58 vs Sixers 54: In a defensive-minded battle, the Pistons defeated the 76ers 58–54, overcoming a late Philadelphia surge to secure the win. kingcel21 anchored Detroit’s offense with a game-high 20 points and 13 assists, while itsjustmike4 provided critical support with a 14-point, 10-rebound double-double. Despite a strong performance from Philadelphia's NuttinTV (15 points) and xDameTime__’s double-double (12 points, 14 rebounds), the 76ers were held back by lower shooting efficiency (50% FG/ 45% from three) Ultimately, Detroit's ability to maintain their lead throughout the middle quarters and convert effectively at the free-throw line (100%) allowed them to withstand the 76ers' 18-point final quarter.
Spurs 77 vs Nuggets 72: In a close matchup, the Spurs edged out Denver behind Blznskills56’s 27 points and KingRetros5_TTV’s 23 point 14 assists double-double. Although Denver's llFOGll dropped 30 points, the Spurs 61% shooting from three and a 21-9 fourth quarter allowed them to withstand the Nuggets' offensive pressure.
